Franceからの国際電話のかけ方
France uses the 00 exit code. When calling from a French 'Box' (VOIP landline), the 00 prefix is mandatory. From mobile phones, the "+" prefix is preferred and prevents errors when roaming within the EU or calling globally.
この番号は、通話が国際宛てであることを現地の通信事業者に知らせます。これがないと、通話は国内長距離扱いでルーティングされます。
