How to Dial Internationally from United Arab Emirates
The UAE uses the standard 00 prefix. When calling from Etisalat or Du networks, ensure you have international calling enabled on your account, as many prepaid SIMs require a specific "Call International" credit balance or prefix.
This code signals your local provider that the call is bound for an international destination. Without it, your call will be routed as a domestic long-distance number.
