How to Dial Internationally from France
France uses the 00 exit code. When calling from a French 'Box' (VOIP landline), the 00 prefix is mandatory. From mobile phones, the "+" prefix is preferred and prevents errors when roaming within the EU or calling globally.
This code signals your local provider that the call is bound for an international destination. Without it, your call will be routed as a domestic long-distance number.
