How to Dial Internationally from Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia uses the 00 prefix. When calling from STC or Mobily, it is common to see the "+" sign used in digital directories. Ensure you omit the destination's domestic trunk prefix after dialing 00.
This code signals your local provider that the call is bound for an international destination. Without it, your call will be routed as a domestic long-distance number.
